What can I do if I make a mistake in my application?
Once an application is submitted processed and payment is made, you cannot cancel the transaction and the payment cannot be reimbursed.
Before submitting the application form, travelers are always advised to double-check their information. This is because the inaccurate date may result in processing delays. The personal data such as full name, date of birth, nationality, and passport number should be entered correctly.

You should also keep in mind that the payment for the visa fees needs to be completed during the visa application process. The payment can be made by electronic payment methods (PayPal, American Express, Debit/ Credit Card). In this step, please make sure you provide billing information and card information correctly.
Once your application is submitted to the Government for review, you cannot modify any information. Any changes after this time will be charged as a new visa application.
In order to obtain a Sri Lanka e-Visa, travelers are required to pay two types of visa fees: the Government fee and the Service fee. The Government fee is non-refundable regardless of the result of your visa application. Therefore, you should be careful while completing the Sri Lanka online application form.
